At Doubletake, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original condition. Whether it didn't fit or didn't meet your training needs, we are here to make the process seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your gear in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
